It is my/our pleasure to recommend the consulting and auditing services of Applied Utility Auditors, LLC. “AUA” to you. In December of 2013 Paul Steberger of AUA was engaged to help us find a telecom solution to seamlessly connect our six North Jersey offices. AUA offers professional consulting and auditing services, and helped us clearly define our telecom requirement.
Paul generated an rfq for the six vendors, and secured a quote from each. After our meetings with the vendors we selected the one that provided us with a cloud based telecom solution for our current, and possible future needs. We now have a redundant telecom system that allows our six offices to easily communicate with each other. We had very little Capex, and our monthly rental covers all repairs, and upgrades. We can upgrade our phones every three years, and thus keep up with rapidly changing technology.
Our project in particular illustrates Paul’s attention to detail, in that we were combining six different offices with unique needs. Additionally, Paul dealt with the different carriers, and set up a carrier network for our new hosted telecom system. Paul was available for our calls /emails, and helped walk us through this fairly complex process.
Paul also reviewed our utility bills and reduced our utility bill in our Montclair office.
